Orders will be dispatch in 1-3 days. UK standard post cost £4.99 for all orders apart from laundry baskets which are £29 for UK delivery.
Worldwide Shipping
The cost of postage/shipping for other worldwide orders will be calculated when you check out. Please note that you as a customer is liable to pay any potential VAT and custom fees.
All worldwide orders will be sent via Royal Mail regular airmail delivery.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please contact us via email to discuss a refund/exchange. All returns must be made within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in perfect condition to receive a full refund. The refund will be processed once the order has been returned. Please note, we cannot refund the postage costs and the return postage responsibility lies with the customer.
